This is your early warning. Start smashing scrambies, and mixing in two a days. Maybe start a cycle. Maybe break up with your flooze bag girlfriend because women weaken legs. Thrillride and Absolute Savage are presenting the Absolute Savage Big 3 lifting competition. Starting May 1st, we will kick it off officially and have weekly leader boards posted all over social media and the website.
The rules are simple. Submit a video of you performing the events, showing your plates and announce the weight for verification.
Bench Press: Bar to chest, no beta half reps. NO slingshots. There is no pause on the bottom, just unrack, slam it off your sunken in chest (hopefully not collapsing it) and extend up, and rerack.
Squat: No beta half squats. Ass to the grass. If we have to question your depth at all, its going to go against you.
Deadlift: NOT SUMO. Straps are acceptable. Any grip is acceptable. Hold it at the top, drop it. Classic Deadlift, too easy.
You can submit videos to email@example.com or tag my instagram handle andrew_absolutesavageinc. Tag Thrilly as well and AbsoluteSavage. Additionally, you can submit to firstname.lastname@example.org or tag his IG vanillagorilla_absolutesavage or Twitter handle @VanillaGorillaD.
If there is any doubt in the credibility of your lift, Thrilly will make the ultimate decision with a thumbs up or down.
If you submit a video wearing Absolute Savage gear on, +15 pts to your total lift.
Submit beta videos, because that shit is hilarious as well. ORIGINALITY is the key, and who knows, might land you on the Absolute Savage staff.
At the end of May, and with 50 minimal submittals, prizes will be awarded. Maybe merch packages, maybe Thrilly wishes your girlfriend happy birthday. I don't know, but we are punching out the details now and expect an official announcement before May 1st.
