How to Train Back like an ABSOLUTE SAVAGE!
The inside scoop for this video is that I was actually dealing with some serious leg cramps on the day of the shoot. You might be asking, "Is that due to the intense training for your boxing fight for Barstool?"
No. It was probably due to 5 straight days of binge drinking along with pounding coffee and legally prescribed ADHD medication - after training heavily for the fight.
Bro, at age 33 hydration is the name of the game.
Today, I start my real comeback. I very strict diet along with bodybuilding training in the morning and boxing cardio in the afternoon for some major events we have planned in 2018, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
The result of the leg cramps is that I had to cut certain exercises out of the video that was originally scripted. It's no big deal. The video is already close to five minutes of belly-laughs because I'm an absolute fucking stud and I still got it. Plus, I made fun of myself aggressively.
But, people always ask for my workout routine. This is most of it in the video. I typically don't wear my sunnies indoors when I pump iron at a ferocious pace.

Bent-Over Rows 4 x 10

The good news is that I'm back with weekly videos and a weekly podcast. We are hoping to get microphones and hit the road for some street interviews similar to what I did for Barstool at Wrestlemania in 2016.
